I had to rent our my property due to job relocation and could not have been more happy with the results. Sean Watson was our contact and he had our place rented in less than a month. He was very quick to respond to any and all issues that came up. I would definitely recommend them if you need a good property manager. Their online login was easy to use and navigate to help find out any bill or payment type questions.

I started working with Rentwell in November 2014, after a friend referred them. I have been having difficulties with my tenant being behind on rent and having done significant damage to the property. We managed to get him out in a decent amount of time, but I was left with a huge rental income loss and the property was almost destroyed. The manager worked with me and helped me out significantly, from putting me in contact to very decently priced contractors to waiving our delaying fees until we could get the property occupied. They will work with you and help you out. I rarely write reviews, but I felt this experience deserves one. Thank you guys and I look forward to working with you long term.

I am an out of state landlord and was with a previous Management company for nine years. Rentwell is a breath of fresh air. The company communicates effectively. My inquiries are answered promptly and in detail. My statement and payments are sent on the scheduled day or before. I am given information and updated without hounding a manager. The marketing of my place is scheduled before the current tenant vacates. These are things that my previous management company did not do. I am so happy that I made the change! Nicole

James in the Baltimore office does a great job managing my property. He gets back to me in a very timely manner when I contact him. He managed to get considerably more rent than I expected. Rentwell provides detailed statements every month with photos of work done, and copies of bills. He saved me half the price for installing blinds by buying them cheap and having a handyman install them. Service has been professional and personal.
