I have been a Rentwell customer for over eight years. While every organization has room for improvement, what I have found with Rentwell and their management is they are always willing to work with owners and tenants and continuously improve. Their support and management of my property has been excellent and I have been given similar feedback from tenants. Rentwell takes seriously their commitment to owners and renters and I would (and will) continue to have them manage my property into the future.
We managed rental properties ourselves for many years but it became increasingly difficult to do as we became busier with work and home responsibilities. RentWell took over as a property manager and our stress level has decreased significantly. They are great at finding tenants and fully-vetting them so you don't have problems down the road. Their online portal makes it easy to see maintenance charges and rent revenue on a bi-monthly basis. Very transparent and easy to work with.
