Setup Fee
We will visit your property to create an evaluation and report on your investment, setup owner and property information into our system and input all inherited residents. Our staff arranges for your property to be professionally photographed, create new marketing materials, and conducts an onboarding video call to ensure a seamless transition.

Management Fee
We take care of all your annual and monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting. We’ll answer any resident questions, handle rent collection calls, and make sure your licenses are up to date.

We handle showings, applications, lease negotiations, and marketing your property to ensure the right residents are matched to the right property.

Maintenance Fee
We coordinate daily work orders, special projects and unit turns, conduct in-person project checks, and handle vendor follows up. We believe in full transparency and share actual vendor invoices and work orders on your owner portal.
