The Position: You will be assisting our operations with various administrative duties, which includes but not limited to: customer and client relations, filing, data entry, answering telephones and various other administrative duties.
• Must enjoy working with people of all different backgrounds and experiences
• Must have prior Administrative Experience (e.g. Answering Inquires, Routing Mail, Handling Phone Calls, Filing, etc)
• Must be able to read and interpret rental statements
• Must be proficient at a moderate level with all Microsoft Office applications
• Must be proficient in working with PDF Files (Creating, Completing, Parsing, etc...)
• Must be a quick learner
• Must have own transportation
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Must be organized and pay attention to detail
• Prefer prior admin experience in a Real Estate or Property Management Setting
• Prefer prior experience in using P.ropertyware or related Property Management Software
• Prefer prior admin experience in A/P, A/R and data entry
• Prefer prior experience is working with remote staff members
