Why do I need Renter’s Insurance?
Renter’s insurance protects you from liability while living in your new property. This also can cover your personal belongings while you are living there.

Why does Rentwell require $1,000,000 in liability insurance?
Our owners require this amount, although not all insurance companies provide this, most insurance companies do and their rates are very reasonable.
